As stated in the General Data Protection Regulation, the data controller is obligated to notify the data subjects in a clear manner. This statement fulfils the requirement of notification.

Purpose of processing personal data and maintaining a record
Personal data is only processed for pre-defined purposes, which are the following:

- Address
- Phone
Client information
- Information on products/services purchased
- Information on products/services offered
5. Rights of data subjects

Right of inspection
The data subject may inspect the personal data stored by us.
Right of correction
The data subject may request that the incorrect or incomplete data concerning them be corrected.
Right of objection
The data subject may object to the use of their personal data if they feel that personal data has been processed in a manner that is against the law.
Denial of direct marketing
The data subject has the right to deny the use of their personal data for direct marketing purposes.
Right of removal
The data subject has the right to request that their personal data be removed if processing the data is not necessary. We will process the removal request, after which we will remove the data or announce a justified reason for which the data cannot be removed.
Please note that the data controller may have a legal or other rights not to remove the data requested. The data controlled is obligated to store its accounting materials for the period (10 years) specified in the Finnish Accounting Act (Chapter 2, Section 10). Because of this, materials related to accounting cannot be removed before the period of 10 years has passed.
Revoking consent
If the processing of the data subject’s personal data is only based on consent, and not a client relationship or membership, for example, the data subject may revoke their consent.
Data subjects may file a complaint with the Data Protection Ombudsman
The data subject has the right to demand that we restrict the processing of disputed data until the matter is solved.
Right of complaint
The data subject has the right to report us to the Data Protection Ombudsman if the data subject feels that we are violating the valid legislation on data protection when processing personal data.

The data on clients is regularly obtained:
- from the client or the actor requesting a quote
- directly from the client or the person contacting us using an online form.
7. Regular disclosure of data
Data is not disclosed for marketing purposes or to third parties outside Pellon Betoni Oy.
8. Duration of the processing

Personal data is primarily processed for the duration of the client relationship. As for the products/services offered, data is regularly obtained from the person requesting a quote and stored for 2 years.
9. Personal data processors
The client record is processed by the employees of Pellon Betoni Oy.
The data controller and its employees process personal data. We may also partially outsource the processing of personal data to a third party, in which case we use agreements to ensure that personal data is processed in accordance with the valid legislation on data protection and in an otherwise appropriate manner.
10. Data transfers outside the EU
Data is not transferred outside the EU.
11. Automatised decision-making and profiling
We do not use personal data for automatised decision-making or profiling.
